In order to access the internet or internal network the network cable which comes out to the VOIP phone gives us access to the internet. For our network printer we have the same set up, the VOIP phone works however when we connect anything (laptop, network printer) nothing seems to get internet connection. Im not sure what else I need to look at in order to resolve this.

i've also tried connecting directly laptop from the wall and change the switch ports in our server room. im not sure what else i can do since networking is not my strong area
