New Interact 3.0 and Conference Button
New Interact 3.0 and Conference Button
So have 2 users who got new PC's. I installed the new version of Interact and now every other day their handset conference button stops working. Reboot of handset does not help. Rebooting the PBX fixes the issue for a day then it comes back. It's just these 2 users and wasn't happening until Interact was installed. I have yet to factory reset the handsets but that may be the next thing I try. Seems to be a bug somewhere but Allworx support wasn't aware of anything.
