Allworx 6x will not boot

I can't get my Allworx 6x server to boot. I've had this issue before but I was able to resolve it somehow. When I plug the unit in, it appears to start booting, but it never becomes available on the network. The power LED also continually flashes on and off. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
