Park Lights Flashing

Resurrecting this one. Several months ago we had a power outage, and afterward the Park buttons on the phones would all be flashing. If we reboot the 6x, this goes away for an hour or two, then comes back. We troubleshot it for hours and hours and eventually resolved it by replacing the Ethernet switch. Well, there was another power outage the other day and now the issue is back. I have no clue where to go from here. Does anyone have any ideas at all? We have a 6x with three CO lines and a handful of 9200 series phones. Besides that, it's a flat network with a Sonicwall firewall, Netgear switch, couple WAPs, etc.

Try replacing the switch again?
What version is the Allworx? You may update to v8.2 without a Feature Key.
