Allworx Connect 731 Safe Mode Issues

Picked up a used Connect 731. Booted it up and it's stuck on safe mode. Almost looks like it was formatted, so the only way to get it back operational is to either apply an update image or restore from an officesafe backup. I wasn't provided a backup with this unit and I don't have an update image. I was told the current software version was 8.1.20.10. This had a bunch of licenses I'd like to retain as well, including several years remaining on an update license. Any advice? Thanks!

You will need to get an authorized Allworx partner to install the firmware on it. The latest version is 8.6.
