Konftel 300IP

All,
I have installed three Konftel IP phones since we could not get our system's analog features working correctly. Now i have issues with the Konftel not being able to put calls on hold or mute correctly.
Hold: caller hears a variety of tones that sound like a signal is getting crossed.
Mute: caller hears a repeat of the conversation prior to being put on mute, only the voice is garbled and mechanical sounding. This will persist through several calls and appears to be played in a 30 second loop.
