Echo problems

We're having the same issues with a TDM PRI (our new system, their old provider). We turned off side-tone, and lowered the Cisco IAD's Output Attenuation. The echo is still there.
What we're trying now is changing the compression levels to see if that works.
Any other thoughts? It's through cbeyond.

We're a new Allworx customer and experiencing the same issue.
Our setup is:
Current version: 7.2.12.2
Build Date: May 4 2011, 10:02:19
Model 48X
9212 and 9224 phones
Local/LD Carrier: Cbeyond
Has anyone solved this issue?

Local carrier Bell Canada
Working with Allworx on this issue closely will keep you guys posted ,,, same build dates makes me think could be hardware or software problem

Anything found on this? Having echo issues ona brand new 6x system using pots lines. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone have any solution to echo problems? We are having the issue with POTS lines.

When installing POTS lines, make sure the system is grounded... Very important, best suggestion is convert to SIP trunking
