Allworx switch configuration

This is happening on NetGear GS728TPPv3 switches, and not sure if it is this switch or not.
Curious how others are configuring the managed switches in their Allworx environment. I usually work with small under 25 user builds and have recently ran into issues with users complaining of calls being dropped. Found in the logs on the switch that the VLANs are being removed and then several seconds later added by LLDP.

We are keeping VLAN1 untagged and tagging all ports 200 (VoIP VLAN). Admin mode is enabled, Auto-VoIP is set and OUI table has the Allworx in there. Hoping I could get any insight into this or, if it is the NetGear switch causing issues.
