REMOTE IP PHONE REGISTRATION ERROR

I have been banging my head against a wall the last 3 days trying to get a single remote IP phone to work. The 48x is in LAN Host mode, behind a Fortinet Fortigate firewall on the company's LAN, with an internal static assigned and all necessary ports forwarded to the allworx server. The phone loads the config files, but repeatedly gives a "registration error." I have the contact and boot server IP's set at the public IP which is forwarded to the LAN IP of the 48x.

RESOLVED!! SIP ALG services were not disabled on the client's firewall as originally thought. As soon as this was corrected, the phone registered.

Any chance you can share your FortiGate config for this? My problem is I have a remote office with two Allworx phones behind a Fortigate firewall. The phone registers fine to my 6X, I can dial and it does connect to the phone I am calling but no audio in either direction. I'm new to Fortigate so if possible would like a config for dummies.
