Remote phone issues

Hello, I am very new to Allworx and VoIP, so don't judge me quickly. I've read all manuals on how to set up remote phone, but I am still having weird issues. Remote phone behind the firewall on 192.168.103.x subnet. When I configure all port forwarding\nat policies to translate proper ports (UDP 5060, TCP 8081, UDP 2088 and UDP 15000 - 15551) to public IP address, then I can't make any phone calls. Phone can download configurations properly, but on the Allworx server (remote) my phone appears under 192.168.103.x:5060 IP, not my public - 65.x.x.x, and I think that this is an issue.

Now, when I turn ON "Auto NAT" on the phone, under network settings, then it will appear (on the Allworx server) with my public IP 65.x.x.x but with random port number (not 5060). It works like that, I can make phone calls, but eventually NAT session times out and I can't call anymore, so I have to reset the phone in order to make a phone call.

Any advice will help. Thank you.

Looks like this forum is dead.

But I've resolved my issue, I increased Global SIP Connection Limit value.
