callers unable to manage recording

Hello,
When an incoming caller leaves a message on our allworx 6x system the caller does not have the ability to :
1-Zero out after they hear the beep to record
2-re-record the message they left, delete, or append it.
Basically once a caller is in your voicemail greeting they are stuck. In a service business, you always want the caller to zero out at any time in case they want a live person to speak with, without having to hang up and call back.
Is there a setting to allow callers more features that we have have overlooked?
