Allworx system not using all phone lines

Hello,

I am a new I.T. person here and dont have any previous experience with Allworx. We currently have all 6 business lines plugged into the Allworx, but for some reason, the system is only using the first one. If someone is on the phone, other users cannot dial out. Please help a newbie. I have looked in the OUTSIDE LINES menu but dont see anything that would result in making the other lines unavailable.
