HELP! System dialing the wrong phone numbers

Allworx 6X (Current version: 7.4.10.5) Phone Numbers dialed on the handset are being connect to the wrong phone number. Confirmed dialed phone number is correct on handset display. But 2 out of 3 calls are being connected to the wrong phone number. In review of the call detail report, the phone number entered on the handset does not match the number listed on the report. Contacted the phone company and confirmed the phone number their system processed matched the phone number on the call detail report. Any ideas on what is happening? Issue started 3 weeks ago and his happening on all 4 handsets. Thanks!
