We have an Allworx system that has performed well for some time.
We have an extension set up to ring to multiple phones at the same time, this is the main number for people calling for tickets to events.
The line works fine and we can receive calls all day long.
Recently we have been seeing voicemails appearing... the phone will not ring but we will get a notification of a voicemail. Sometimes its a hangup, sometimes its a new voicemail. Twice yesterday we received a notification of voicemail message (without the phone ringing) and it was old messages from the previous day!
We contacted Allworx and was told that they don't support their own products. The only Allworx reseller in our area is useless.
There are no bad entries in the logs, the call routes are good and the users are not at fault.
Any ideas?

Phantom voicemails
Re: Phantom voicemails
Allworx software up-to-date?
Try restarting the Allworx server if that hasn't been done recently?
Is there any way a caller would be able to get direct to the VM? Maybe someone forwarded a caller to VM? (that wouldn't explain why a VM showed up a day late...)
