Calls being missed on hotdesked user assigned to Call Route

We have a user on our Allworx 48x (7.4.12.5, Feb 6 2013, 13:22:35) who is hotdesked in at a remote location.

We have a call route setup for one of our extensions that tries to route calls into our call center, which we access by logging into the

1. System on port :8080,
2. Clicking "Phone System->Extensions",
3. Search for the extension in question,
4. On the correct extension record we click "View Call Routes",
5. When the "View Call Routes" screen for that extension appears under "Presence: In Office->On calls from all callers:" we click "modify" to change some of the settings in there.

Within this part of the administration console, there is a First, Second, and Third connection attempt...the user who is hotdesked in is listed under the "First connection attempt", I believe this works when she is local to our office and not hotdesked in, but since she is hotdesked in currently when the phones ring on all available phones in the "First Connection Attempt" of the "Call Route" the phone she is hotdesked into does not ring.

What can be done about this?
