I upgraded the software in the Allworx 24x last night and now when you hit the message button you get the text menu. I understand that if you hit it again you get the Audio menu but in the case where there is a queue and there is no physical phone that can't be done. Is there a way to make the Audio Menu the default menu when you hit the message button?

Sure, From the handset Go To: Config > Preference > Messages Button Operation > Calls Message Center
