Lost our transfer to outside line capability?

Allworx 6x w/ version 7.4.10.5

We recently saw an increase in SIPvicious brute force attempts and decided to add authentication to our SIP Proxy registration.

We coordinated with our provider and added the authentication. We tested incoming & outgoing and everything seemed fine.

Next day I received complaints that the transfers to outside lines were not connecting. Either 3 beep then drop or fast-busy, 3 beep then drop.

Nothing else was changed on the Allworx side during this authentication addition. Does SIP Proxy registration have some other effect on transfered calls to outside lines?

Any assistance appreciated.
