Phone will not work

Hello,
New to the allworx phone system. Someone in the office tripped over a phone and it wont work now. When I plug it in : I get config network, starting network, and then it says initial load fail.
I have rebooted the phone, and reset the factory settings.
I have also done the steps below:
"When the screen allows you to select CONFIG, select it.
Scroll down to NETWORK SETTINGS.
Scroll down to EDIT BOOT SERVER
Select it, it will ask for a password.
Enter ALLWORX from the dial pad.
Enter the IP address of the ALLWORX system and press the check button.
Press EXIT until it asks if you want to save the change, select YES
You will have a REBOOT option..select it."
For the IP I used the boot server and the sntp boot server (same thing?)
The phone will still not work. very frustrating. any help would greatly be appreciated!!!
