Auto Notification of Specific SIP Line Usage

Here is my scenario which was setup to optimize usage costs:
- SIP Trunk with 6 channels from Provider A used for incoming calls
- SIP Truck with 5 channels from Provider B used for outgoing calls
I would like to be notified or at least be able to see in the Logs somewhere if either of the following happens:
- Incoming (L06) is used
- Outgoing (L05) is used
I have other services to backup these if all channels are being used. Just want to get an idea on what the actual concurrent utilization of the channels are like. If I am always maxing these services out I'll increase the number of channels.
Assuming I might need to use the Reports > Auto Notification area, but can't find any documentation on it.
Do I need to stream Call Details to some other application?
