I am trying to configure a Polycom 6000 IP Soundstation to an Allworx 6X server. I have created a generic SIP and added the proper network settings. The item I don't see is where I would insert the username and password into the Polycom. Does anybody know where I do this? I'm assuming this is why I cannot get the Polycom to configure with the Allworx. Thank you.
