I have a customer asking why when they dial 9 and then an outside number their call appearance button lights up and stays lit green even after the number has been dialed and it picks up an outgoing line. So the out going line will be lit red and their call appearance green. It is set up on their phones that the 6 lines can be selected by pressing a line appearance and when it is done that way their call appearance does not light up. Also when they put a call on hold when using the dial 9 method it is not lit green it is red and they dont know what line they put on hold if there are multiple lines on hold.
