Hi everyone, first post here on the forum. My question is regarding greetings. I have a client that wants on the day schedule incoming calls to just ring the phones on extension 197, bypassing the greeting. Then play a greeting during the night schedule. How can I disable the greeting so incoming calls during the day just ring that extension?

I got it figured out. Just changed my CO lines to ring to extension 197 instead of the AA then setup the day/night mode routes on the extension.
