I'm using running 7.4 on a 48x. Trying optimize our call queues, but can't find any substantial details on some of the settings within the queue configuration. Specifically, I'm trying to find info on the substantial differences between the Distribution Mode options:
"Ring All" and "Fairness" seem pretty straight forward, but I'm not sure what the benefits / drawbacks are to the "Sequential" and "Round Robin" options.

Call Queue Configuration Settings Need Clarification
