Allworx 9212 will not register

I am trying to install a 9212 on a 6x and no matter what I try, the Init/Load fails. Any suggestions?
Check network settings are correct on the 9212? Has it been assigned correct network info via dhcp?
Try plugging in the phone directly on the same switch as the Allworx phone pbx, see if it boots?
You could also do a network capture on the LAN of the Allworx PBX via the pbx web maintenance config, see if the one phone even tries to communicate with the allworx switch when it boots up. With a packet capture you can use wireshark to filter on the ip of the phone to see if there's any traffic. If no traffic then it's likely a network issue. If there is traffic perhaps you can see a response from the phone pbx.
Check out the pbx system logs if they mention anything.
Are you using the latest firmware for your 6x?(check release notes on new firmwares if they mention that model phone)
