I have a quick question regarding incoming calls when a user is on their handset on an initial call. Currently, if a user is on their handset and they receive a second incoming call, there is no audio notification that a second call is coming in. The only way to tell a second call is coming in is by looking directly at the screen to see the visual indication (and red lights blinking on top of the phone). Does anybody know if there is any way to enable an audible notification on the allworx server so that the handset beeps when a second call is coming to it? Any help is much appreciated.
