Wrong Extensions - System too sensitive

This happen randomly for periods of time; so I think it is at least partly a provider issue. We have hours where many extensions will go to the wrong place because of numbers being duplicated. Say someone calls in and dials extension 101. Our Allworx might read it as 11 00 11 and then the user would get extension 110 instead of 101. Are there any settings that would make it less sensitive perhaps; so this stops happening?
