Outside Lines for Extensions

I'm fairly new to administering an AllWorx system (AllWorx 24x v7.5.7.4).
We have DIDs tied to extensions such as ext 123 will have the phone number as xxx-xxx-x123. Where is that set in the system? I have 2 known extensions that when their outside direct line is called it goes automatically to the front desk line. I've compared settings between working lines and everything appears to be set.

Is there a place I am missing?

Under phone system > Outside lines, you should see your Direct Inward Dial Blocks and the number will point to a Direct Inward Dial Routing Plan. Scroll down and you will see the routing plan. Click on that and you will see which extension it's pointed to.
