Allworx 9224 IP Phone with no display

We have a Allworx 9224 IP phone with no display.

updated our server to the new firmware update last night. This wipes the settings back to factory defaults. Users were prompted to hit yes or now to flash the phone when they came in to work. When you hit yes it then says do not unplug the phone while updating, I think one user did unplug his phone and when it was plugged back in the phone has no display.

Is there a way to un-brick this phone, the info light comes on for 20 seconds and then two lights come on a green and red button but no display. Is this phone dead or is there a way to reset this.

I have the same issue and I was wondering if you got any replies and if you have any solution for it.
