Allworx Technical Support Forum

I work for an IT firm and we just took over a client that has an Allworx 6X system. the credentials i was given where for the username "admin" and when i log in it logs me in as "system administrator". After reading the manual it appears i need to log in as server admin to make the changes i need.

I'm unable to find anything that listed the username for the server admin

help!
