Private WAN IP

My company changed IP providers to put Allworx on its on connection. Our Allworx WAN IP is now a private IP. Now, I can't get a remote phone to connect, I can't VPN into Allworx using that WAN IP, and our vmail to email stopped working.
We use Office365 is that is useful information. We already have Message Aliases in place.
Any help is appreciated.
