Hello,
2 of our 6 lines were unreachable when you would try to dial out from them. so during lunch we power cycled the allworx box , router, switch, and cable modem. since then internet on all pc's works fine but the allworx phones are not booting past "loading config files" not sure what the lights on the phone system should look like but i cannot ping the allworx interface at its default 10.0.0.1 address. I cannot get a hold of our phone guys who we purchased this from and have been down for 2 hours now. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hit release twice, then do a reboot on all phones. Most likely booted up before the dhcp server was up.
