i have an Allworx 24x with version 7.4.19.2. I'm trying to delete all of the user snd files for their greetings. I can FTP into the server and I can find the prompts folder but it is "empty" no files are showing. Is there something I'm missing here?

Same issue. To see the files, while I was logged on the web interface for allworx, under Phone System/Languages/Manage Custom Recordings, I needed to click on 'export' custom recordings at the bottom of page. This dumps all the files into the ftp server 'prompts' folder. Refresh ftp empty directory and the files appeared. Only then could I upload custom snd files via ftp (filezilla)
