One of our location is having random dropped calls. The call quality also has static once in awhile including long pauses. Below is the error code the system gets when a call is dropped.

thanatos: Internal Event Code [%W @(#)dialplanFmt.c-24 W%,4737]
Does anyone know what this code means? this is the first time we've ever had this error code.
Setup:
Allworx 6x
SIP trunk
10 Max active calls
10 Call paths from provider
3/3Mbps bandwidth

You only have 3mbps up and down for bandwidth? Is it dedicated for the phones or are they sharing it with the data network?
