Allworxs networked to a Mitel 5000

Good morning, I work for a Mitel dealer and one of our clients has purchased a company with an Allworx system and has asked us what are their options as far as networking the two systems. In the past we have used SIP trunking between the Mitel and other systems for basic integration. Customer just wants to be able to dial between systems. Can the Allowrx be a SIP peer? has any one tried anything like this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you had any replys to this request? I am wanting to do the same thing but we have an NEC SV8300 and other company has Allworx 6X.
