Noise/feedback during calls.

Hello.

I am currently dealing with noise or what is being described as feedback at one of our locations only. We have multiple sites with Allworx systems. The call comes in and they cannot understand the caller. They then call back the caller and it is fine. This is happening when calls come in from landlines and cell phones. It is random but it is all users at this location. I have rebooted all handsets and then restarted the server. I am close to calling my rep on this but would rather not until I have to.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. I can supply more info if needed.
