Need to archive IMAP mails

I'm an architect and have a small architect company. As you know that holidays are near I want to archive mine and my staff IMAP email and contacts to my company cloud storage so that we can access those mails from anywhere. I need a solution for this.

If you want to know which tool I use then it's name is Mail Backup X.
