Greetings,
We recently installed the Allworx 9204 series in our office. We had been using the Sennheiser PC 350 headsets for our customer service team. I purchased a RJ-9 to 3.5mm adapter. I can get sound working fine, but the mic on the headsets isn't being picked up. Is there anything in the config I need to change to enable the mic, or to boost the volume? Thanks.

Hi MIke- we just installed the same in our office and would like to get some headset adapters too. What route did you end up going and how's it working out?
