Inbound call moves from port to port
This is something very odd that just started happening. Our receptionist has multiple line appearances on her phone. When a call comes in the call will appear on the first line. She picks up the call and hears dial tone. At the same time the second line will show an incoming call. She picks that up and hears dial tone. Then the first line again shows an incoming call. She picks it up and can then speak to the caller. If one of the lines happens to be tied up when the call comes in, the behavior is the same only different lines are affected. The caller called only once, yet within the Allworx the call is being moved around before it can be answered. This behavior is consistent and the call log shows evidence of it. The call log will show an incoming call on one port with a duration of 5 seconds, a second call from the same number on another port with a duration of 5 seconds and then a call on the original port from the same number with a longer duration because there is now a conversation taking place. Occasionally I've seen up to 6 entries in the log for the same number as the call jumps around from port to port.

Problem turned out to be the ring interval on the provider side for the hunt group. Rings was set too low causing the call to jump to the next available incoming line.
