Our MobileLink has worked just fine, but now I get a "connecting" status for the SMTP server. Everything else shows as Connected. Any ideas?
I have multiple users and all are having the same issue on their respective devices. Is it as simple as a reset> If so, how and in what menu?

Go download the reach app and enter your server settings... The reach app will not allow you to dialout without the proper licensing, however, its a nice update for mobile link users.
