We have two offices. Office A has a 24X and office B has a 6X. Office B has an analog portable phone the receptionist uses when not sitting at her desk. User #1 in Office A is assigned a handset in each office because the Users is in both offices at times. When an incoming call is answered on the analog phone in office B and transferred to User #1 in Office B, there is just dead air. The handset does ring.
Similarly, if the extension for User #1 is dialed from the analog phone, the handset in Office B rings, although the call is not connected properly. The handset in Office A rings and connects normally.
This only happens to handsets assigned to Users on the other Allworx system and only when a connection is trying to be made with an analog phone. Any thoughts?
