I have two Allworx 6xs connected via multi-site. They connect but very frequently one side cannot dial an extension on the other. If I run the SIP test on the not failing side then everything goes back to normal. But when it is failing I cannot run the SIP test from the failing side.
I guess I have two questions. Has anyone seen this before? And right next to hide selection on the test screen is says in parentheses "(SIP not registered)". Is this significant; does this indicate a problem?
