Is there anyway to route external calls based on caller id? I can do this in the Yeastar systems pretty easily. Based on caller id I want to be able to route differently internally.
Thanks

Try this:
Routing by Area code. Below is the following steps to make it work:
1. Phone system - Extension - Add new Extension.
2. Provide description- Area code XXX - Update
3. Open New extension - Click “Add New Call Route”
4. Select External routing- in the blank field enter Area code *. (469*) (or full number)
5. You can either “Add a connection Attempt” or make a selection from the Final Location.
6. Save/Update
7. Phone System - Outside Lines - Find and open DID route PLAN -
8. Modify DID Route to ring New extension created in step 1.
Thanks
