As of yesterday our allworx 48x box has been giving the following errors:
Error (3) 04/04/2018 03:31:11pm tSip: SipRegistrations add failed.
Notice (5) 04/04/2018 03:31:11pm tSip: SipRegistrations marked for repair.
Warning (4) 04/04/2018 03:31:16pm tWebThread0-01: Repairing 'SipRegistrations' database.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this we are currently unable to add new phones to our system.

I would update to 8.2.13.x or 8.3.6.x once it hits the portal which should be very soon. It has some enhancements to check more of the database on bootup and resolve potential issues. If that does not work then you may need to end up rebuilding the system (though can do an export import) OR first try running it through the migrate tool which may clean it up as well without loosing any data. It will work going form say a 6x to a 6x and such and the software itself is free. Of course it only works with servers on 8.0+ and I recommend updating to the latest 8.2 or 8.3 first anyways.
