It'd be nice get some opinions on the current models out there and what significant changes have been made since last years. Currently looking for a multi-locaiton setup with about 27 users.

The phone models aren't that much different. It's the software. But they're updating it pretty often. With version 7.1 and better multi-location support, I think it's what you need.

We sell more 9212 than anything else. It doesn't have the back light display though, like the 9224 does. The 9112 has a weakness for hook switches going bad.
