Hello-
Been having the Allworx system for almost 10yrs, recently some customers have been notifying us that cannot reach a particular extension and message they get is - it does not exist. Its been an active extension all these years, i have no idea whats causing this issue. Even deleted the user, handset and recreated the user but it does the same thing and its random. Anyone knows whats going on?

You are currently allowed to upgrade to the highest supported system up to 8.2 without an Feature key. For the higher systems 7.7+ you have to download the update and load from your PC unless you have a valid Software Update key.
Do not skip a major version. Some of these do a necessary firmware update and the system will not boot without it. For instance, if you take a system with 7.5 and load 8.4 without the intermediate updates it will not boot. Update one version at a time.
7.1 -> 7.2 -> 7.3 -> 7.4 -> 7.5 -> 7.6 -> 7.7 -> 8.0 -> 8.1 -> 8.2
Be forewarned that some of these updates (specifically 7.7 and higher) can take a very long time to run and appear not to be doing anything. On one system recently an update took 13 hours (no joke). On other systems the same update was done in an hour. Don't interrupt until it reboots and displays the new version in the "About" page.
