Speakerphone/Ringer issues with 9204 handsets.
Speakerphone/Ringer issues with 9204 handsets.
Since we've had our system installed 9 mos ago, we've had to replace 30-40% of all our 9204 handsets. The issues are the same for all of them, speakerphones and/or ringers are not working and jiggling the phone or cables sometimes helps. It is almost like the speaker wire for the phones are getting lose somehow. Anyone else having it this bad with theirs?

I've never heard that. Call your vendor about RMA'ing them. Or call allworx if they're not around/responding.
I prefer for our customers to buy 9204's because the audio chipset is better. Some customers with complain about echo with the 9212s.
