I have been working on a 6x that has about 5 phones at the main site (A) with a handful of remote phones at sites B and C. On some of the phones at B and C I have voice mail buttons of a couple of the extensions at site A programmed on them. The BLF keys for the lines will lamp when pressed or an incoming calls, but messages left in the mailboxes at A will not lamp on the phones at B and C. The system software is 7.2.12.2. There is a VPN between the sites with the prerequisite port forwarding done. Static routes between the sites have been programmed into the Allworx.
Any idea why the VM BLF keys won't lamp?
