Allworx box will not go to voicemail - rings and rings and r
The Allworx system is a 6x12 (I think), I have tried updating and rebooting the system, to no avail. Hoping this is a simple issue. I don't know much about these systems.

Well your going to have to read the manual. If its in key hybrid and the call path does not specify transfer to voicemail then it won't.
Out to Phone System / Outside Lines, modify a line, see where the call is going. If to an extension. go back to phone system / extensions / click that extension and see what the path is
