Auto Attendant and Outside Lines
I have an outside line that does not go to the auto attendant like it is supposed to. Instead it goes straight to my Receptionist phone. It is only this one number. There is no outside DID set up for this number either. What is going on?

Look under phone system / outside lines modify that line and see what the default action is.
Also, you can check to see what the default is for DID further down.
