Hi Everyone,
New to the fourm and the Allworx system.
Need some help just getting running.
I have a 6x that I set up and have been trying to access through the web interface.
After trying without any luck, I put the unit into safe mode.
Once in safe mode I was able to access the address from 192.168.2.254:8080
I was required to mount the CF drive and then tried to reboot - and restore the default settings.
When the 6x reboots, the system changes the default IP.
my computer (attached directly into the LAN port of the 6x) turns into a 192.168.0.2 machine.
It displays that the default gateway is now 192.168.0.254
I cannot ping this addres (I can ping the unit at 192.168.2.254 when in safe mode)
I cannot access the browser from this address.
Not sure how to get access to the setup
Can anyone help?
I have tried rebooting, I have tried renew and release several times on the PC...
